Positive self talk is not as easy as some may think. I fully believe it is a learned skill. It is so incredibly easy to fall victim to the negative thoughts and talk. We need to be able to counter act that and realize that it is completely false.
This past week has been a mental struggle. Negative thoughts seems to be creeping their way back into my brain. Honestly this “experience” is not something I enjoy (I can’t imagine anyone would).
I hear people all the time talking negatively about themselves, hell I do it as well. It is completely counterproductive and doesn’t help you one bit. It makes you feel lousy, worthless, useless.
